Shipping policy

Thanks for your order — we're stoked to get your grill on the way! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states via Standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order ships. We're always working to get your grill to you as fast as possible.

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express.

• USPS International: Estimated delivery of 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
• DHL Express: Estimated delivery of 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your grill every step of the way.
