What fuel does the Smokin' Keg Grill use?
Charcoal. We recommend lump charcoal for the best flavour and heat control, but briquettes work fine. No gas, no pellets.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Every grill is built to order, so custom work takes a little longer. We'll keep you updated as it moves.
What's the difference between the standard and custom grill?
The standard Smokin' Keg comes ready to go. The custom grill has all the same features but adds your logo, last name or any custom image. Same cooking either way.
How do I clean and maintain it?
Let it cool after each cook and brush the grates down. Cast aluminum won't rust, so the body needs very little — a light coat of high-heat paint or oil on the outside keeps it looking new for years.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We stand behind every grill. If you aren't happy with it, get in touch within 30 days and we'll make it right. See the refund policy for the details.
