GRILL WARRANTY
The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC hereby warrants to the original consumer/buyer “Smokin’Keg Grill Co.” grill/smoker to be free from defective material or workmanship at the time of purchase. The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC. warrants the cast aluminum body of the grill/smoker for a period of twenty five (25) years from the date of purchase; the cast aluminum legs/stand of the grill/smoker for five (5) years from the date of purchase; the charcoal/rock and cooking grates, if manufactured of plated steel, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, and if constructed of carbon steel for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase; the grill covers for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
The applicable warranty period begins on the date of purchase. A dated proof of purchase is required for warranty service. Registering the product is not a substitute for proof of purchase. The Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC is not required to retain proof of purchase records. This limited warranty is only applicable within the United States of America and is non-transferable.
This warranty applies only to units purchased directly from the Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC or an Authorized retailer. Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. grill/smokers purchased from unauthorized resellers, unauthorized third parties, or through unauthorized retail channels are not covered under any warranty.
This warranty further applies only to the original purchase by a consumer from the authorized retailer. For this warranty to apply, The Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. Grill/Smoker must be properly assembled by the consumer/buyer. The Smokin’ Keg Grill/Smoker must be used by the consumer/buyer for normal and reasonable home/household/outdoor use. The Smokin’ Keg Grill/Smoker is manufactured of cast aluminum, which has a melting point of approximately 1080 degrees Fahrenheit. For safety reasons, The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC does not condone any operation of this grill at heats above 800 Fahrenheit, and any such use will completely void this warranty. This warranty does not apply if the consumer-purchaser is using The Smokin’ Keg Grill/Smoker for commercial use.
This limited warranty applies to functionality of the Smokin’ Keg Grill/Smoker only and does not cover cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, corrosions or discoloration from heat, abrasives, chemicals, or tools used in assembly. Paint, powder coatings, and colored dyes used in textiles are not covered by this warranty. Deterioration or damage due to severe weather conditions such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods or tornadoes, and discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, either directly or in the atmosphere, is not covered by this limited warranty. NOTICE: The Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC makes every effort to utilize rust resistant materials. However, metal materials and protective coatings can be compromised by various surface scratches or exposure to substances and conditions beyond the control of the Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC. Among other things, chlorine, industrial fumes, chemicals, fertilizers, extreme humidity, lawn pesticides, and salt are some of the substances that can corrode coatings on metal surfaces. For these reasons, this warranty does not cover paint or coatings. Rust-free and/or rust-proof claims made in marketing materials are made with respect to cast aluminum parts exclusively.
Repair or replacement of defective parts is the consumer-purchaser’s exclusive remedy under the terms of this limited warranty. The Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC reserves the right to substitute like or similar parts that are equally functional as determined by The Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC. This warranty is between the consumer/buyer and The Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC.
The Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC. reserves the right to require defective parts be returned to The Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC with postage/freight paid by the consumer/buyer, for review and examination. All postage or freight to the factory will be the responsibility of the consumer/buyer. If The Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC inspection confirms that the defect and claim provided, is one explicitly warranted herein, and proof of purchase from an authorized Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC retailer exists, The Smokin’ Keg Grill Co. LLC will repair or replace such part without charge and return it to the consumer/buyer with freight or postage prepaid. NOTICE: The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC. will pay return freight postage only if inside the continental United States. The consumer/buyer will be responsible for all return freight postage if outside the continental United States. The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC reserves the right to refuse any claims not handled in the prescribed manner.
The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the breach of either this limited warranty or any applicable implied warranty, or for failure or damage resulting from acts of God, improper care and maintenance, grease fire, accident, alteration, replacement of parts by anyone other than the manufacturer, misuse, transportation, dropping, mis-assembly, commercial use, modification, alteration, negligence, abuse, normal and reasonable wear and tear, hostile environments (inclement weather, acts of nature, animal tampering), improper installation or installation not in accordance with local codes or printed manufacturer instructions.
No person or entity except the manufacturer, The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC, has any authority to make any additional warranties or to promise remedies in addition to those explicitly stated within this limited warranty. The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC does not authorize any person or company to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale, installation, use, removal, return, or replacement of its equipment. No such representations are binding on The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC.
The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC’s maximum liability, in any event, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the original consumer-purchaser. NOTICE: DO NOT place the Smokin’ Keg Grill/Smoker directly on or near a combustible surface, deck, table or other support without the use of a fireproof barrier such as a 2" (two inch) concrete paver block as this will void the warranty. Any other use of a Smokin’ Keg Grill/Smoker product which is inconsistent with the Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC’s Terms and Conditions, User Manuals, Instructions, and/or Warnings will void the warranty. The Smokin’ Keg Grill Company LLC expressly disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage which may result. This warranty applies to all products sold on or after March 15, 2023.
